- Planning sessions to determine layout for your event
- Day-of event access from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Friday access before your event to prepare (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- Use of facility for rehearsal; rehearsal dinner is an additional charge
- Staff available for venue clean-up (you are responsible for removing personal items)
- On-site staff to ensure your event runs smoothly
- Day-of coordinator to assist throughout the planning process and create a customized wedding day timeline

Vendors
We can provide you our preferred vendor list and help you make the right choices to fit your style and budget for your special day. We do allow you to bring in outside vendors of your choice. All vendors must be licensed and insured.
